This leading financial institution is looking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Director for their Commercial Banking Division, based in their Head Office in Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to help a leading brand in the financial services sector deliver significant growth plans amidst challenging market conditions.

Reporting to the Managing Director and sitting on the Board, the successful candidate will be a proven sales person in particular, but ideally with a background of both sales and marketing experience. A demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets is essential as well as having managed sales teams that have exceeded targets. Having worked in the financial industry or a similarly highly regulated environment is essential.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan, ensuring it is aligned to the overall business strategy and will have excellent leadership and communication skills who can engage with all levels of employees.
