This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and experienced individual to work for our client who are recruiting for a Signalling Construction Manager. Based in the South East, the role will have responsibility for signalling works across the South East regional network of track sections so an ability to travel across the region will be essential.

The successful candidate will play a key role working on the construction of new stretches of track encompassing signalling works, including accurate budget, quality and time assessments. You will also be expected to be on site at the critical project points ensuring installation complies with the design and purpose of the equipment as well as the relevant industry standards.

The right calibre candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering signalling construction projects within the UK rail network with demonstrable experience of working and communicating effectively with project teams. Relevant engineering qualifications are essential as are a detailed working knowledge of HSE requirements. Excellent communication and influencing skills are desirable, enabling clear direction to all key stakeholders in a project, including on many occasions, subcontractors.
