Our client is a rapidly expanding medium sized business based in the East of England within the retail sector. They are looking to recruit a board level Commercial Director or Chief Marketing Officer to help them achieve an ambitious growth plan over the next 10 years.

This is a very exciting opportunity to play a big part in the success of this business. Responsible for developing and then implementing a detailed commercial plan which will clearly demonstrate a return on investment, this role is best suited for someone who has a strong background in brand development that achieves commercial success. The business has been growing for the past three years and are looking to continue that success with this appointment.

You will report directly into the MD and sit on the Board.

An excellent benefits package is available including equity share options after 5 years service.
