Senior Building Surveyor

Our client is a leading independent property consultancy in the UK providing significant survey services across a variety of sectors including Commercial, Residential and Education. Their ambitious growth plans have led them to create a new role of Senior Building Surveyor which will encompass managing a team of existing building surveyors as well as delivering their own portfolio of work.

Having a number of years experience within the building surveying industry (ideally some of these within the Commercial sector), an MRICS qualification would be extremely advantageous. A demonstrable track record of delivering multiple projects on time and on budget will be required. The successful candidate will have excellent project management and people management skills and will thrive an achieving targets and working under pressure.

Based in the West Midlands, this role as an exciting opportunity within a continually growing organisation to lead a team and really make an impact. An excellent remuneration package is on offer including a very rewarding bonus structure.
