Retail Operations Manager - About the role:

Due to a significant and steady increase in footfall over the last 24 months, the need for a senior and experienced professional has arisen to manage, support and guide the existing Sales Team with the view to move into the role of General Manager.

They are keen to bring someone onboard with operational knowledge and experience within the retail store environment.

Retail Operations Manager - Key Responsibilities

- You will be responsible for directly and actively achieving the Company’s sales objectives
- You will be responsible for guiding and nurturing the sales team in order hit and exceed KPIs
- You will be responsible for developing the highest standards of presentation and product demonstration including providing reports and analysis
- You will monitor the development of junior sales staff in order to improve their product knowledge
- You will be responsible for ensuring all customers receive the highest customer service standards
- You will help define the business plan and retail roadmap, looking at both sales and operations

Retail Operations Manager - Experience Required:

- 5+ years’ sales experience, ideally all obtained within a Retail environment
- 2+ years’ experience within a managerial role
- Experience of the Homeware, Flooring or Furniture sales markets
