Our client has an exciting new Service Manager opportunity in their team based in Reading.

Service Manager - About our client:

Our client is a leading provider of Telco services with offices across the globe. They have grown quickly over recent years and anticipate continued growth both organically and through acquisition moving forwards. As such, our client want to ensure that they are providing optimal levels of service to their clients and are operating in an efficient manner.

Service Manager – About the role:

This is a key role for the organisation moving forwards and will work across customer service to develop and implement a ‘best practice’ approach.

The role will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, working with the directors to develop and implement this plan to ensure a high level of customer service across the organisation. The role will cover all both inbound and outbound service and technical support too.

Service Manager – Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing a ‘best practice’ approach to customer service, tailored to their customers’ needs.
- You will be a part of the senior management team, providing input across the whole business.
- Identifying areas for improvement across the whole service function, providing solutions and additional services they could be delivering.

Service Manager – Experience Required:

- Prior experience of working in a technical service led organisation
- Strong track record of implanting best practice and providing solutions for areas of improvement
- Experience operating in an analytical and process driven manner

The successful candidate is likely to have worked previously as a Head of Service, Service Manager, Customer Service Director or similar.
