Operations/Account Director – Our Client:
Our client is a provider of soft facilities services that is currently growing at a rapid pace. The services they offer range from cleaning, security, maintenance etc, and due to their eclectic approach, their services are offered to a wide array of markets on a nationwide scale. They are currently in an excellent position after acquiring another organisation in the past 3 years, and are looking to bring on a new Operations Director to oversee their contracts and manage all operations across the business.
Ideally, our client is looking for someone with astute attention to detail, who can be a main point of contact for clients and contractors alike. By overseeing the internal operations, and ensuring contracts are in line with expectations, KPIs, and all internal standards, the Operations Director holds a key role in the company’s business model.
Operations/Account Director – Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day to day operations of multiple contracts, ensuring they run smoothly and that all KPIs are achieved
- Carrying out regular audits internally to ensure contractors and employees are working at the same standard, providing training and assistance to any department as required
- Keep in regular contact with clients, ensuring all aspects of a contract are carried out in an efficient manner, and taking any feedback on board to improve service and boost efficiency
- Travel to clients to finalise contracts, seeing the implementation and decommissioning of contracts through and adhering to TUPE legislation
- Reviewing all feedback provided to the company, this can be regarding complaints and accident reports, health and safety reports, training reports etc
- Oversee GDPR regulations and liaise with Data Protection and IT Security teams to implement policies and training where necessary
Operations/Account Director - Experience Required:
- Previous experience in Operations Management on a senior level is essential
- A full UK Drivers licence
- Hold an IOSH Managing Safety Certification
- Have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to provide training and advice where necessary
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to network outside the business and provide advice and support in house – excellent customer service skills are advantageous
