Business Development Manager – Our Client:
Our client is offering an exciting opportunity to join a leading property management company through their new Business Development Manager role. Our client has continually grown their client base and have a massive influence within a niche in the industry.
In this newly created role, you will have the perfect opportunity to come into the business and help drive growth through sales and building relationships with clients. Business Development Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Ringing through a database of warm leads to close deals
- This is an office-based role with very occasional travel to view developments
- Take part in presentations dedicated to securing sales, using remote tools, or presenting in person at Investor Evening events
- Adhere to company KPIs and work directly towards reaching monthly sales targets
Business Development Manager - Experience Required:
- Industry knowledge is not essential but experience of selling a high value / product or service to high-net-worth individuals would be an advantage
- Experienced in closing deals and managing sales through a pipeline
- Excellent communication skills are essential for this role
- Ability to consistently hit targets and push yourself to overachieve at any possible opportunity
