Sales & Marketing Director - Our Client
Our client is a well-established provider of E-Learning and Development services who is looking for a Sales and Marketing Director to work alongside the Board and help drive the business forward in terms of exposure and revenue. Well-established, our client sits as a market leader in L&D, holding a sizeable share of market in the apprenticeships and ancillary training space. The company currently employees c.300 people with a turnover close to £25M.
Sales & Marketing Director - Responsibilities;
- Be one of the key Directors responsible for company growth and management
- Maximise sales opportunities to existing customer bases – both B2B and B2C, in order to grow company revenue in a sustainable manner
- Assist in the design and development of new products and services for existing and new customers
- Ability to train, coach and mentor staff.
Sales & Marketing Director - Experience
- Confidence in managing multiple levels of employees, with the ability to develop teams and building in-house relationships
- Experience in sales and marketing – B2B and B2C specific.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills – Ability to foresee and close any potential sales.
The successful candidate is likely to have previous experience in Sales and Marketing within a SAAS, B2B Sales & Marketing, B2C Sales & Marketing, L&D environment, working as a Head of Sales, Commercial Director, Sales & Marketing Director, Account Director, Sales Manager or similar.
