Customer Success/Account Manager - The Client:
Our client is a leading provider of e-learning solutions for use across multiple industries and has an impressive blue-chip client list. The company has been operating for 15 years, has c.80 employees and a turnover close to £10M.
With an entirely ‘people focused’ view, our client has created a culture that has resulted in extremely positive employee feedback. The organisation is now looking to bring on board a number of Customer Success/Account Managers in order to meet client requirements and achieve further business growth.
Customer Success/Account Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain relationships with existing client base.
- Develop a contact strategy in line with departmental heads which should help drive account growth.
- Drive a proactive, solution orientated approach
- Act as the key contact point and facilitator between internal and external stakeholders
Customer Success/Account Manager - Experience Required:
- Experience working in a B2B Customer Service, Customer Success or Account Management role
- Proven ability in managing a book of accounts, including commercial awareness
- Ability to adopt a proactive approach to client management
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Educated to Degree level would be beneficial
- Prior experience of working in a software business is desirable but not a necessity
