Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Executive – Cosmetic Surgery to join the team.

Telesales Executive - The Company:

Our client is one of the fastest developing cosmetic surgery clinics in the UK and provides specialist hair enhancement services. Their products and treatments have been used by ten of thousands of people around the world and are recognised internationally by the medical community.

Telesales Executive – The Role:

Our client is looking for a warm, friendly, and outgoing full-time receptionist to join their team and become a valued member of their business. Candidates who are presentable and enthusiastic, with an aptitude for customer service are most desirable for the role.

Ideal candidates must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Candidates also must be able to work well under pressure and have a real sense of team spirit.

Our client is looking for candidate who will apply their time and effort to this role and thus training will be provided for the right individual.

Telesales Executive – Key Responsibilities:

- Form strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Have an in-depth knowledge of products and services to be able to recommend them to customers
- Be able to meet sales targets
- The Telesales Executive will be crucial in making new sales for our client, helping them to expand their current clientele

Telesales Executive – You:

- Understand the cosmetic surgery market
- Be competent in using computer programmes such as Excel
- Have good sales and negotiation skills to help the business grow
- Excellent communication is required to interact with both customers and colleagues
- Have had higher education
