Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join the team.

About The Company:

Our client is a rapidly growing payments business who have doubled in size over the last 3 years. Due to this growth and recent acquisitions, they have created a new Customer Success function and are looking to bring someone into the business who can help build the Customer Success function, form strong customer relationships and help to build the organisations brand.

Customer Success Manager – The Role:

This role is required to offer exceptional support across the organisation’s customer base, forming strong relationships. The business effectively operates a SAAS-type model so candidates with exposure to working within Payments, SAAS or Subscription environments are encouraged to apply. This is a new role in the business – you will be working with the Head of Operations to help build the team, processes and systems.

Customer Success Manager – Key Responsibilities:

- Leading and moulding the Customer Success team towards outstanding customer service
- Managing a team of Customer Success Executives and co-ordinating / overseeing their workload efficiently and effectively on a day-to-day basis
- Monitoring the Support Desk workflow and managing cases
- Dealing with customers for escalated issues within the team
- Providing weekly reports for the Head of Operations regarding issues, sign-ups, and workload

Customer Success Manager – You:

- 2+ years leading a service desk or customer service orientated support team
- 3+ years working in a service desk or customer support team
- Strong customer orientation
- Proactive approach to customer issues
- Previous experience in SaaS/PaaS
- Experience leading or managing teams
