European Sales Director – The Role:
This is very much a Sales Leadership role with responsibility for managing a team of more than 20 Business Development Managers and Sales Engineers. This person will play an integral part in the future growth of the business, driving the team to develop new opportunities for the organisation and winning new business. It will contribute, develop and lead the business development strategy across the group, attend key networking events and introduce their products and services into new sectors.

European Sales Director – Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, motivating and monitoring the performance of the Sales team across Europe.
- Devise, develop and implement the business development strategy for the group in line with the overall business objectives
- Establish KPIs to track the success of strategic and business development initiatives
- Attend key networking events and develop new business opportunities

European Sales Director – You:
- Prior experience and track record of successfully leading a team selling SAAS or HAAS products across Europe
- Proven track record of developing new markets and sectors within a growing organisation
- Excellent communications skills; ability to speak with individuals at all levels
