HR Advisor - The Role:

As an HR Advisor, you will assume responsibility for a dynamic portfolio of accounts, enabling you to build meaningful relationships with our esteemed clients. Drawing on your expertise, you will provide invaluable HR advice on a range of matters, including disciplinaries and grievances. Your ability to navigate complex situations and run thorough investigations will be essential in ensuring the delivery of fair and equitable solutions.

HR Advisor – Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support on various HR matters
- Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, in a fair and compassionate manner
- Conduct thorough investigations, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
- Advise clients on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to promote a supportive and inclusive work environment
- Collaborate with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored HR solutions
- Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice

HR Advisor - You:

- Possess a CIPD Level 5 qualification, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR principles and best practices
- Proven experience in a similar HR advisory role, showcasing your ability to deliver exceptional service to a diverse clientele
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and the ability to apply it effectively to various HR situations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients at all levels
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being
