Salary: £100K-120K basic + competitive package

About The Company:

Our client is fast growing organisation with over 100 years of British manufacturing experience. They produce a range of bespoke and off-the-shelf products that are high value, low volume capital equipment.

With ambitious plans for the future, they are looking to double the size of the business to reach a £60M t/o within the next three years. As such, they are looking to bring on board a Business Transformation Director who can ensure that the processes and systems behind all aspects and functions of the organisation can facilitate their current and future business needs.

Business Transformation Director – The Role:

This is a new role for the business and is vital to their future success. It will involve taking a deep dive into the business, looking at all aspects from engineering and sales through to finance and HR in order to make the business more efficient. As it’s a new role for the business, you will be able to shape the role where you see fit in order to drive success.

Business Transformation Director – Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct a deep dive into the business, reviewing their current business operations and drive improvements and growth across all functions

-Define the organisations operations strategy, and provide recommendations on wider business strategy to support growth activity

-Implement initiatives to reduce waste and improve overall efficiency across the business e.g. time to manufacture, sales cycle length

Business Transformation Director – You:

-You will have experience working within an engineering or manufacturing organisation

-Strong track record of driving change within an organisation and bringing teams on a journey with you

-Min. 10 + years in a leadership position

-Experience in business transformation and driving growth
