We are currently seeking an experienced Defence Project Manager to lead pivotal projects within our defence portfolio.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting and resource allocation.
● Oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of ongoing projects.
● Engage with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations are set and met across all project phases.
● Manage risks and respond to changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
● Compile project reports and ensure compliance with industry standards and security protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Proven project management experience in a defence or related technical environment.
● Strong leadership skills and experience in stakeholder management.
● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
● Familiarity with MOD procurement processes and defence contracting is highly desirable.
