Our Client is in search of a skilled Cyber Security Analyst to protect our computer systems and networks from information breaches and cyber-attacks. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of data.
Key Responsibilities:
● Monitor our networks for security breaches and investigate violations when they occur.
● Install and use software, such as firewalls and data encryption programs, to protect sensitive information.
● Prepare reports that document security breaches and the extent of the damage caused by the breaches.
● Conduct penetration testing, simulating an attack on the system to find exploitable weaknesses.
● Advise on security enhancements and recommend changes to improve our systems and network configurations.
Qualifications and Skills:
● A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
● Proven experience as a Cyber Security Analyst or similar role.
● Familiarity with various security frameworks and risk management methodologies.
● Strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively troubleshoot in a high-pressure environment.
● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
